To Register:

We accept registration in person, via the US mail, and over the phone (with M/C or VISA).  Tuition is due (half or in-full) upon registration along with the enrollment/authorization form.  The annual member fee (see below) must accompany your registration, if due.

Note:  we cannot accept any registrations without a registration fee and tuition.

Annual Membership Fee:

Head Over Heels Gymnastics is a member-based organization.  The member fee covers registration and insurance fees and is renewed annually on the anniversary of your registration.  The $30.00 annual member fee ($55.00/family) extends membership benefits throughout the calendar year.   Membership benefits include priority enrollment for classes, discounts on Open Workouts, Birthday Parties, Clinics, Special Gym Events and Parties.  The annual membership fee is non-refundable.

Payment Options:

  • You may pay your tuition by cash, check, or credit card (we accept MasterCard and Visa only).
  • Full or half tuition is due upon registration.
  • Payment is due for continuing sessions in full on or before each Payment Due Date.
  • You may choose to have your tuition automatically deducted from your credit card on each Payment Due Date or you may pay your tuition in person.

Priority Payment Due Dates:

Paying by the Priority Payment Dates ensures your child’s spot in his/her class for the next payment term.  Failure to pay the Priority Payment Dates may result in the loss of your child’s spot.


-Siblings: 2nd child – 20% off, 3rd child – 30% off, 4th child – 40% off!
-Additional Classes: Take a second class (one child) during the week and receive 40% off (only one discount type may be used per student)!
-Payment for full year up front: Receive 15% off the year’s tuition.

Returned Checks:

Returned checks will incur a $25.00 charge in addition to the full amount of the original check.

Snow Cancellations:

Head Over Heels follows the Norwell Public School Snow Cancellation Schedule.  Please check our website or Facebook page or call of office (781-659-3378)  for the status of classes during inclement weather.   Classes cancelled due to snow may be made up on a day and time convenient for you.

Refunds (for new members only):

If after your first four classes you are not completely satisfied, we offer either a full refund (tuition only) or a credit towards a future class.  After the fourth class, once the spot is held, only credits will be available.  The annual membership fee is not refundable.  If you are not continuing in a class please notify the office 2 weeks prior to the start of the new term.  For those family’s that are on automatic billing or pay their tuition up front – you must notify the office prior to the Priority Payment Date – otherwise only a credit will be given and any discount will be forfeited.

General Notes: 

If your child is in the wrong class, isn’t with friends, or if you have any other concerns, please feel free to tell us and we will do our best to correct the problem.  We are here to help out in any way we can.  It is our hope that you and your child have a rewarding time here with us.

For safety reasons . . .

  • No parents or siblings should enter the gym at any time.
  • No flash photography is allowed in the gym.
  • Children should not be left unattended in the upstairs observation room.

Make Up Classes

It is always best to attend your regularly scheduled class. However . . . life happens!  We now offer unlimited make/up classes in any of the other classes during the week for your child’s age and level.  All make/up classes must be scheduled in advance as we do limit the number of children in each class.  Failure to show up for a scheduled make-up class will result in the loss of that make-up class.  Make-up classes are not guaranteed as they depend on class and space availability and your child must be currently enrolled in a class.  We also offer a general make-up class on the 3rd Saturday of the month (date subject to change).
