The Top 5 fundraisers for our Cartwheels For Kids event on September 17th will win VIP passes and will be able to do just that! Fundraising pledge forms can be dowloaded here. All funds raised will go to the Hope for Caroline Foundation, supporting childhood cancer (specifically DIPG) research!
The Cartwheels For Kids event has multiple layers:
1. Fundraising. Participants of all ages are asked to download a pledge sheet and start fundraising! Money raised will go directly to DIPG research. The Top 5 fundraisers will win VIP tickets and the opportunity to perform with the Final Five at the Kellogg’s Tour!
2. Cartwheeling. We are trying to increase awareness of DIPG, a rare childhood cancer that attacks the brain, by bringing together as many people as possible to perform CARTWHEELS together. In fact, we are trying to break a world record for the for simultaneous cartwheels! We need almost 700 people… Can we do it?! Join us at 3:00 pm on September 17th to cartwheel!
3. Raffles & Auctions. Didn’t win the VIP package? That’s OK, we will be auctioning off 3 more VIP passes! We will also be auctioning off lessons and events with come of our other coaches, and have plenty of raffle items to win.
4. Fun Activities in the Gym. After we break attempt to break the world record, stick around and participate in fun Ninja Warrior courses and other activities in the gym! It is National Gymnastics Day, after all!
Who, What, Where, When, and How Much?
The Cartwheels For Kids event is FREE to attend (a donation or fundraising packet is suggested, but not required).
Please join us on September 17, 2016 in the back parking lot of Head Over Heels Gymnastics (412 Washington Street, Norwell, MA).
Cartwheels will be turned at 3:00 pm, so please arrive before then. A DJ and other entertainment will be on site.
