Patty was a competitive gymnast for many years in the USA Gymnastics program as well as for Weymouth High School. She and her family have always had a love for gymnastics, and her sister owns two very successful gymnastics schools in New Jersey. Patty has been coaching gymnastics for over 25 years. She has experience coaching all levels – from preschool and recreational classes to pre-team developmental programs and competitive teams. She has been directing gymnastics programs and developing lesson plans for over 20 years.
Patty is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member, and is USAG Safety Certified. She is a National and Regional Congress attendee, First Aid/CPR/AED certified, Meet Director certified, USAG Preschool Fundamentals certified, and Skill Evaluator certified.
Susi has been an HOH Staff Member since 2001. She is a Regional and National Congress attendee with certifications in USAG Safety and USAG Preschool Fundamentals. She is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member and is First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
Susi enjoys any activities that help her and her family stay active, happy, and healthy.

I have been involved in the sport of gymnastics for over 35 years as an athlete and coach. I was in competitive gymnastics from the age of 10 through my high school years. My coaching career began in 1993. I have coached all levels and ages. I have been successfully coaching JO athletes from level 3 -10 for over 2 decades. I have had State , Regional, and National competitors with numerous medalists over the years. I also have had the privilege of having athletes continue on to Collegiate gymnastics. I have always had a true passion for the sport. Outside the gym I love to spend time with my husband and 3 children which typically is in a hockey rink, on a soccer field, or at a baseball field.
I have been coaching gymnastics since 1989, in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Colorado, and New Mexico. I was a competitive gymnast throughout my school years and did gymnastics recreationally at the University of Vermont. When I’m not in the gym, I’m teaching physical education in Plymouth or having fun with my husband and two boys – Thatcher, Lincoln and Grady.

I work with our gymkids, recreational classes, and Xcel Team programs here at Head Over Heels. I was a Junior Olympic and Prep Optional gymnast at HOH for many years. I am a graduate of UMass Boston where I received a degree in Psychology.
I am a regional congress attendee and a USAG Professional Coach. My certifications include USAG Safety and First Aid/CPR/AED.
Monica has been a gymnast for over 20 years. She competed in the 2004 Olympics in Athens, helping her team (Spain) place 5th. She was a part of the 2003 Spanish National Team, which placed 5th at the World Championships. She also competed in the 2005 World Cup, where she was the Vault Champion and placed 5th on Balance Beam.
Monica moved to the USA to learn English and study at the University of Bridgeport. She competed for the Bridgeport Gymnastics Team, helping them win 4 consecutive titles for the USAG Collegiate Championships. She is currently the Assistant Coach for the Rhode Island College Women’s Gymnastics Team.
Monica has been coaching gymnastics for over 5 years in both Spain and the USA. She works with our class and team programs. Monica is a USAG Professional Member, USAG Safety Certified, and First Aid/CPR/AED Certified.
JC has been coaching at HOH since 2011. He comes from Wisconsin, where he worked for 25 years at Salto Gymnastics as Elite, TOPs, and Junior Olympic Optional Director. He coached and choreographed many athletes on all four events to State and Regional Champs, TOPs Diamond, A & B National Team Members, and full college scholarships. He produced five Elite National Team Members. JC coached Chellsie Memmel from age 7 through the JO Optional levels, to become the Senior Pan Am Champion, World Champion, and through her first Olympic Games in 2008. He was voted Rookie Coach of the Year form the Elite Coaches Association, and two-time Wisconsin Coach of the Year. He has served as TOPs National Staff, Region 4 Chair, and clinician at numerous camps and clinics. JC has also been awarded the USA Gymnastics Master of Sport honor.
I joined the Head Over Heels staff in 2011. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education and am a former Kindergarten teacher. I work in our office as well as helping out with our gym kids and recreational classes. I am a Regional Congress attendee and am First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
With over 40 years of professional coaching experience in Men’s & Women’s programs, I continue to enjoy imparting my knowledge to every participant. Whether competitive or recreational, I strives to create a positive environment for learning with the emphasis on FUN!
I am a Regional Congress Attendee and a USA Gymnastics Professional Member. I am also USAG Safety and First Aid/CPR/AED Certified.
I work with our camps, parent-tot, gymkids, and recreational class programs. I worked for several years in the integrated preschool program in the Hingham Public Schools, and direct the special needs class program at Head Over Heels on Sundays. I have experience working with the Special Olympics and coached an HOH athlete in her first Special Olympics Gymnastics Competition.
I am an avid runner and enjoy competing in road races and marathons. I attended Fitchburg State College and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services. She attend regular professional development sessions provided by USA Gymnastics, including the annual USAG Regional Congress. I am a USA Gymnastics Professional Member and am certified in USAG Safety, USAG Preschool Fundamentals, First Aid/CPR/AED, & OCCS.
I am a former Head Over Heels gymnast as well as former captain of the Hingham High School gymnastics team. I have been coaching at Head Over Heels since 2000 and have worked with our preschool, class, camp, and team programs. I am currently coaching our Xcel teams.
I graduated from Quinnipiac University in the spring of 2008 and am now a registered nurse. I am a USA Gymnastics professional coach, USAG Safety Certified, and First Aid/CPR/AED Certified.
Jenn was a gymnast for 16 years and competed all over Massachusetts for both her gymnastics school and her high school. She started teaching gymnastics in 1991 and has been coaching ever since. She is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member and Regional Congress attendee. Her certifications include: USA Gymnastics Safety, USAG Preschool Fundamentals, First Aid/CPR/AED. Jenn is also a hairdresser at Center of Attraction Salon in Weymouth.
I have been coaching gymnastics since 1996. I have been working at Head Over Heels since September of 2013. I was a competitive gymnast for both USA and AAU teams through my senior year of high school. I was also a cheerleader in High School and did diving in college. In addition to coaching, I was also a middle school math teacher for six years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Bridgewater State University and a Master’s Degree from Fitchburg State University, both in education. When I’m not coaching I enjoy spending time with my son, daughter and husband. I also enjoy rollerblading and running.
I work with recreational classes and Xcel teams at Head Over Heels. I am a USA Gymnastics Professional Member and is First Aid/CPR/AED and USAG Safety certified.
I joined our family in 2014 and have over 8 years of coaching experience in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. I now teach both recreational classes and Xcel team programs here at HOH. I’m also an art instructor, surfer, and an active animal welfare advocate, effectively passing new legislation this year in Plymouth that banned the use of wild and exotic animals in traveling circuses and shows. I have traveled all over the world, spending time in places like Patagonia, South Africa, Italy, Israel, London, France and Thailand. I’ve been working with children for most of my life and have a passion for coaching gymnastics.
I am a USAG Professional Member and am CPR, First Aid, and USAG Safety Certified.
I have been a gymnastics coach since 2006 and have been a member of the Head Over Heels family since 2008. Competitive gymnastics was the majority of my childhood but I also dove, ran track, and played college field hockey. My love of sports led me to a degree in sport management and a position at HOH, where I am involved with the preschool, recreational and camp programs.
When not in the gym you can find me elbow deep in a bucket of slime with my son!
My certifications include USAG Safety, First Aid/CPR/AED, and USAG Preschool Fundamentals.
Sarah has been a member of the Head Over Heels family since the age of four. She was a Level 9 gymnast on the Junior Olympic Team and member of the 2013 and 2014 Championship Massachusetts Regional Teams. Her accomplishments include: 2015 Eastern Nationals Qualifier, 2015 Level 9 Regional Team, 2nd Place All Around at Regionals, 2015 Beam & Floor Regional Champion, 2014 Level 8 Massachusetts State All Around and Floor Champion, 2014 Level 8 Regional Bar Champion, 2nd Place All Around at 2014 Regionals.
Sarah is currently a member of the Springfield College Women’s Gymnastics Team. As a coach at Head Over Heels, she is excited to work with some of the youngest athletes just beginning their gymnastics journey. Sarah is First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
I was a former Xcel Gymnast and graduated from Bridgewater State University with degrees in History and Special Education. I am currently in graduate school for Special Education at Bridgewater State University. I do Birthday Parties, as well as Camp and Special Education Gymnastics.
I have been doing gymnastics at Head Over Heels since I was five years old. I love sharing all that I have learned during my time at Head Over Heels with her students. I completed my competitive gymnastics career by competing for the Rhode Island College gymnastics team.
I am First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
Katie was a gymnast at Head Over Heels. She was a member of our Xcel Team and also competed for Weymouth High School. She recently graduated from Springfield College.

Carrie has worked at Head Over Heels since it’s opening in 1997. Over the years, she has worked with our parent-tot, preschool, recreational class, and team programs. She currently works with our class programs a few days a week.
Carrie works as a CNA at Children’s Hospital Boston on the surgical, trauma, and orthopedic floor. She hopes to finish nursing school in the near future. She is a USA Gymnastics Professional Member, USAG Safety Certified, First Aid/CPR/AED Certified, and holds a degree in Elementary Education.
I have been coaching gym kids and recreational classes at Head Over Heels since 2015. I have been a gymnast at Head Over Heels since I was four years old and competed on the USAG JO team for five years, ending my JO career as a level 7 gymnast. I then moved on to compete as an all around gymnast at Braintree High School where I was captain my senior year. I am currently a full time student at Curry College studying business management with a concentration in marketing.
I was a competitive gymnast for many years in the USA Gymnastics Program. I have coached a variety of different levels of gymnastics over the past 16 years. Those levels have ranged from preschool, and recreational classes, all the way up to advanced/competitive team programs.
I currently focus however, on preschool gymnastics. I love being able to help the little ones overcome their fears and build strength through a variety of fun activities.
I am a Regional and National Congress Attendee, while also being a USA Gymnastics Professional Member. I hold a certification in USAG Safety, and am also First Aid/CPR/AED certified.

I have been involved in gymnastics since I was two years old. I was an HOH gymnast and a member of my highschool gymnastics team. I started working at HOH when I was 14 and have loved working here over the years and seeing the gym grow. I have a Bachelor’s in Education from Curry College and a Masters degree from UMass Boston in education Administration. My favorite part of teaching gymnastics is getting to know the students and helping them achieve their goals. When I’m not at the gym, I am a preschool manager in West Bridgewater.
I was a competitive gymnast for many years in the state of Maine within the USA Gymnastics program. I have experience coaching gymnastics in both Massachusetts and Maine. I joined the Head Over Heels staff in 2018.
I graduated from Dean College in 2016 with a degree in Dance and English while also minoring in Business Management. I am currently enrolled at Northeastern University where I will earn my Masters Degree in Sports Psychology in 2020.
I am a USA Gymnastics Professional Member, and am USAG Safety Certified. I am also a National and Regional Congress attendee and is First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
I am a senior captain of the Hanover High School gymnastics team. I began gymnastics at Head Over Heels at age 6 and competed on the Xcel competition team for three years, finishing off my career as an Xcel platinum. My biggest achievement with Head Over Heels was in 2014, my final year competing. I was the all- around state champion, qualifying for regionals where I was the vault regional champion and placed 6th in the all around. I am kind, enthusiastic, and encouraging. I have a lot of experience with kids, and enjoy helping them get new skills and reach their goals.
I have been a member of the Head Over Heels family since the age of 4. I am a retired Xcel Gold gymnast and was on team for six years. Some of my accomplishments include: 2012 Vault State Champion, 2013 Bronze State Champion, 2013 Vault, Bars, and Floor State Champion, 2014 and 2015 Silver State Champion, 2015 Vault State Champion, and qualified for 2014 Regionals, becoming sixth in the region there. I am responsible, caring, and kind. I love working with kids and can’t wait to help teach them the early skills of gymnastics. I am also a member of the Hanover High School Gymnastics Team.
